    List of Ingredients





    2 cans corn
    2 small cans chopped green chilis
    1 medium jar pimentos
    4 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
    12 ounces shredded Monterey jack cheese
    1 cup mayonnaise





    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients and pour into Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
