    Dip: Spicy Crab and Cheese Dip

    List of Ingredients


    12 oz. crab
    2 cups Swiss, Grueyere, cheddar or Jack cheese grated
    12 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 tsp sherry
    1 tbs. Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup minched green onions
    6 tbs. minced parsley
    1 tbs. capers
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp prepared horseradish
    salt, white pepper and lemon juice to taste






    Recipe

    Combine cream cheese, grated cheese and sherry in food processor until creamed. Add remaining ingredients and process until blended.


    Scoop into serving dish and bake in preheated 350 degree over for 20-25 minutes.


    Serve with crackers, toasted baguette slices or plain bagel chips.
