1 12-oz. package Stouffer's® Spinach Souffle, Defrosted *
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 slightly beaten egg
3/4 tsp. dehydrated minced onion
3/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup toasted bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together. Combine Spinach Souffle and beaten egg; add flour mixture; stir in remaining ingredients; blend thoroughly. Refrigerate 1/2 hour. Heat 2 inches of corn oil in a saucepan to 350°F. Drop batter by tablespoonsful into hot oil. Fry for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel. Dust with parmesan cheese. Serve hot. Makes 24.
* Defrost Spinach Souffle in microwave on 50% power 5-6 minutes.
