    Dip: Sweet-Spiced Yogurt Dip for Fruit

    "Kids love dipping." If making sauce up to 1 day ahead (and to transport), cover and chill. Serve with a total of 4 cups cut-up fruit--banana, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, pineapple, and/or rinsed strawberries.

    List of Ingredients

    In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup vanilla-flavor nonfat yogurt, 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream, 1 to 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
