    1 cup fine sea salt
    1/2 tsp liquid glycerin (skin moisturizer) (optional)
    1/2 cup Epsom salt

    Recipe








    Mix ingredients well. Sprinkle into bath water anytime you need to be rejuvenated! ( Don't wash hair in this water, it may leave it dry).
