Feet: Peppermint Foot Flip
Source of Recipe

List of Ingredients
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 peppermint candy cane sticks (regular size)
1/2 cup olive oil
8 teaspoons milk
4 tablespoons runny honey
4 drops lemon essential oil Recipe
Place the candy canes in a plastic bag and seal. Using a hammer or other heavy utensil, smash the candy into small pieces -- each about the size of a large grain of salt. Pour most of the crushed candy into a large bowl, leaving a little bit behind for you to taste and enjoy.
Add the sugar and olive oil and stir well to combine. Add the milk and stir again. Finally, add the honey and lemon essential oil and stir again to mix.
You should have a grainy paste. To use, sit in a tub or shower, or over a large bowl, and scoop the scrub using your palms. Begin massaging your feet in circular motions to exfoliate and cleanse. Don''t forget to scrub the heels, between the toes and even up around your ankles. (Skip over broken skin.)
This mixture is oily and so you will have to be especially careful that you do not slip in the tub!
After you''re finished, you can cleanse with soap or bath gel as usual if you''d like to remove some of the excess oil from your feet ... which should feel polished and luxuriant after your treatment! Follow with an intense moisturizer and wear socks overnight to maximize the effect.
You can make this product ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. It should last a few weeks if fresh ingredients are used and it is kept in an airtight container.
