3-6 ripe Strawberries
1 teaspoon Baking Soda plus 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1 cup water


Recipe



In a blender, puree the berries. Pour the fruit into a small custard-size dish.

With your toothbrush or a cosmetic brush, paint a paste of the berries onto your teeth. Let sit on teeth for 5 minutes. Add the Baking Soda and Cream of Tartar to the cup of water. Swish the Soda water around in your mouth.


Brush your teeth with plain Baking Soda. Rinse with cool, clear water
