Cocktail: Pepperoncini Martinis

4 pickled Pepperoncini peppers
30 ml (1 fl oz) dry white vermouth
500 ml (16 fl oz) vodka
Recipe
Put 1 whole pepper into each of four large martini glasses.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vermouth.
Swirl the vermouth around in the shaker and pour out the excess. Add the vodka, stir and strain into the glasses.
Serves 4
