crushed ice
juice 1/4 lemon
1/4 shot grenadine
1 shot rum
chilled soda
2 red cherries
2 chunks pineapple
Recipe
Place crushed ice into liquidiser (1/3 full) add lemon juice grenadine and rum then blend for 1/2 minute and strain into champagne glass. Add a dash of chilled soda and the fruit.
