    Cordial: Peach Vanilla Cordial

    List of Ingredients




    2 Peaches Quartered

    3/4Tsp. Vanilla

    2 Whole Cloves

    1/2 Cup Honey

    1 Cup Sugar Syrup (1 cup sugar + 1/2 cup water)

    3 Cups Brandy

    Recipe



    Simmer every thing but the brandy for 5-10 minutes.

    Cool, and put in glass container with 2 cups of the brandy.

    Let sit for 1 1/2 - 2 weeks.

    Strain, and add the last cup of brandy.


    NOTE: Very nice, a smooth tasting cordial
