    Shake: Fat Free Chocolate Fudge Shake 2

    2 cup skim milk, very cold
    1 pkg sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
    2 cup crushed ice




    Recipe

    Pour milk into blender container.
    Add remaining ingredients and cover.
    Blend at high speed at 15 seconds or until smooth.
