    36 fresh plums, coarsely chopped
    • 2 lb. 4 oz. SYSCO Imperial Frozen cranberry concentrate
    • 1-1/2 qt. water

    Recipe

    1. Combine chopped plums, frozen concentrate and water in electric blender. Blend smooth; chill.
    2. Portion 6 oz. for each serving.
