    Wassail: Silver Dollar City's Christmas Wassail

    List of Ingredients

    16 Cups Apple Cider
    1/2 Cup Granulated or Brown Sugar
    2 Tsp. Whole Cloves
    2 Tsp. Allspice
    5 3inch Cinnamon Sticks
    2 Oranges studded with cloves


    Recipe

    Heat cider, sugar, cloves, allspice and cinnamon to boiling.

    Reduce heat.

    Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Strain into a punch bowl.

    Float orange slices in punch bowl.

    Serve hot
