    1 ripe banana
    6 strawberries
    8 ounces plain yogurt
    8 ounces apple cider

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients into blender and puree. Instead of adding ice to it to make it cold, try freezing some bananas and strawberries the night before, so you can whip this up in the morning. This makes for a great way to start the day, what with the carbs from the cider, the protein from the yogurt and the vitamins from the fruit. Strawberries deliver great sources of vitamin C and bananas are a great source of potassium.
