0.5 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1.0 oz Light Rum
0.0 Whipped Cream as garnish

Pour all ingredients into a Blender. Blend well at Low speed. Pour drink into a Champagne Flute, sprinkle with Shredded Coconut, float a golf-ball sized puff of whipped cream on top of the drink, and serve.
