    Shooters: S’moretini Shooters

    Source of Recipe

    Pinterest

    Recipe Introduction

Found these "shooters" on Pinterest and made a few modifications and loved them. We used 2.5 ounce tall shooter glasses so the recipe says it makes 8 but it really can make 12 depending how full you make your glasses.

    List of Ingredients

4 ounces of whipped cream vodka or marshmallow vodka
4 ounces of Godiva chocolate liqueur
2 ounces of Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
6 ounces of milk or cream or half & half (I used 2% milk and they were fine)
    4 teaspoons of chocolate syrup
16 mini marshmallows roasted over a flame (from a campfire or a candle)
Graham cracker crumbs to line the top of the glass
Vanilla frosting for the top of the glass
Caramel or butterscotch topping, small amount for drizzling on top of marshmallows

    Recipe

VERY IMPORTANT, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ESPECIALLY NUMBER 1 BECAUSE IF YOU FORGET TO DO DIRECTION 1 BEFORE 2 THE RECIPE GETS A BIT MORE CHALLENGING TO CREATE.

Dip the rim of your glass in a bit of vanilla frosting (I used cool whip but it hardened too much.)
Crush graham crackers into crumbs and roll the top of the glass with frosting in the crumbs.
Pour about ½ teaspoon of chocolate syrup into the bottom of the glass.
Combine vodka, Baileys, Godiva and milk or cream in a shaker or pitcher with some ice cubes and shake for 15 seconds.
    Pour into glass.
Roast 2 mini marshmallows on a toothpick (over a candle works well and if you don’t have mini marshmallows you can cut a normal one into 4 pieces and roast until browned).
Push the marshmallows to the middle of the toothpick and place the skewer over the top of the shooter glass.
Top with a small drizzle of caramel or butterscotch topping.
    Enjoy!
