    2 quarts boiling water
    10 regular tea bags
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    Fresh mint sprigs
    3 tablespoons lemon juice

    Recipe



    Pour boiling water over tea bags cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, squeezing gently.


    Stir in sugar, 10 mint sprigs, and lemon juice cover and steep for 25 minutes.

    Strain and cool. Serve over ice. Garnish with mint sprigs.


    Yield: 7 1/2 cups
