    Teas: Mint Tea II

    2 pts strong tea
    1.5 pts fizzy mineral water
    4 tbs sugar
    0.25pt lemon juice
    mint
    ice



    Recipe

    Add sugar to the tea and allow to cool. Stir in the lemon juice and add the fizzy water. To serve pour over ice and decorate with a few sprigs of mint.
