    •1 cup ice cubes
    •1 cup pineapple juice
    •2 tablespoons cream of coconut
    •2 teaspoons bar sugar (super fine sugar)

    Recipe

    Blend until foamy. Pour into glass and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
