    ABM: Cheddar Cheese Chive Bread

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
    3 cups bread flour
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    3/4 cup shredded cheese, packed loosely
    3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
    1 cup warm milk

    Recipe



    Pour yeast in a corner of the bread maker. Add the flour, honey, butter or margarine, cheese and chives. Pour in warm milk, about 80 degrees F. Set on regular bread maker setting and start. Makes a 1 ½ pound loaf.
