    1 tbsp. fast rising yeast
    3 1/2 cups warm water
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tbsp. vinegar
    10 cups flour

    Recipe



    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and 1 tsp. sugar. Do not stir. Let stand until yeast comes to top.

    Meanwhile, mix water, sugar, oil, salt and vinegar. Add 4 cups flour to make a thin batter.

    Add yeast mixture; stir until smooth. Add remaining flour. Knead until dough is smooth. Let rise in a warm place until double in bulk. Punch down; let rise 1 hour.

    Make into buns and let rise for 1 hour or more.

    Bake in a 350º oven until golden.

    Grease tops of buns while still hot.

    (I don't know the yield but this recipe looks like it makes quite a few buns!)
