Cornbread: Seafood Cornbread

List of Ingredients
1 1/4 cup corn meal
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup milk
1 large chopped onion
2 eggs
1/2 - 1 cup cooking oil
1/2 large chopped bell pepper
1/2 clove garlic
1 can cream-style corn
8 oz. grated cheese
Green onion
Jalapeno pepper (if desired)
Creole seasoning
Crawfish, shrimp or crabmeat (As much or as little as you like.)Recipe
Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan.
Vickie says: In place of the jalapeno, I sometimes use ground cayenne pepper for heat.
