Foccacia: Presto Focaccia

One 1-pound frozen bread dough or pizza dough, thawed
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
Recipe
Knead 1 tablespoon of oil and the rosemary into the dough. Place on a floured surface and roll out into an approximately 8-by-12-inch rectangle. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and let rise in a warm, draft-free area for about 45 minutes.
Make indentations in the dough with your fingers and brush with the remaining olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm.
Serves 6 to 8.
