List of Ingredients
1 can Grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, 8 ct.
2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
5-5 1/2 tsp. graham cracker crumbs, finely crushed
8 large marshmallows
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. oil
1/4 cup caramel flavored sundae syrup
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 deg. Lightly grease a 10 x 2 round cake pan. Take one biscuit; dip both sides in the melted butter or margarine. Coat the biscuit in the graham cracker crumbs. Place it in the prepared cake pan. Do this with all 8 biscuits, filling the pan.
Take a sharp 3" paring knife and make a deep criss-cross (about 2"x2") on top of each biscuit. Tuck one marshmallow inside the criss-cross, centering it. Do this with all 8 biscuits. Bake at 375 deg. for 5 minutes. Turn the oven down to 350 deg. and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, until biscuits are done. Remove from oven. While biscuits are cooling, place chocolate chips and oil in a micro-wave safe small bowl. Microwave on high every 30 seconds for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring in between until thoroughly melted. Take a small spoon and thinly drizzle chocolate evenly on top of each biscuit. Drizzle the caramel sundae syrup evenly over biscuits. Let cool 10 minutes. Best when eaten right away.
