List of Ingredients
1 cup powdered soy or tofu milk
2 cups vital wheat gluten
2 teaspoons ginger
4 tablespoons pectin (sure jell)
4 tablespoons lecithin granules
1 teaspoon vitamin C powder or crush a 5,000 mg vitamin C tablet well
Recipe
Mix well, store in refrigerator. Use 2 teaspoons per loaf of bread.
Your whole wheat bread will come out light and soft.
YIELD: Makes about a quart.
