    Sweet: Pumpkin Raisin Nut Bread

    List of Ingredients

    15 3/8 ozs nut bread mix
    3/4 c canned pumpkin
    1/2 c raisins
    1/2 c water
    2 tsps pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 c egg whites, slightly beaten

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 8" x 4" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine bread mix, packet from mix, raisins, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well. Add pumpkin, water, and egg whites. Mix until all is moistened. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake for one hour, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
