Scones: Gustie Gourmet Scones

List of Ingredients
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt, sifted
1/3 c. sugar, sifted
Cut into 1/2 c. butter
Recipe
Mix 1 egg (w/fork). Add 1/2 c. whipping cream and add to above mixture. Add 1/2 c. raisins or currants. Turn out onto floured board. Knead mixture slightly-form into a circle about 1" thick-cut with your favorite cutter. Bake at 350 degrees until bottom is golden-about 10-12 minutes.
