    2 cups sifted flour
    1 tea spoon baking soda
    1 tea spoon baking powder
    1/2 tea spoon salt
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoon sour cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup walnut coarsely chopped
    1 cup of peeled and diced apple
    1/2 cup raisins

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). In a medium-sized bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
    Put your raisins in a bowl and just cover with some warm water.
    In another bowl, beat the butter until it is creamy. Add and mix the sugar. Add the eggs to the mixture one by one.


    Add the sour cream and the vanilla to the butter and sugar mix and beat until it looks like a cream. Add that mixture to the flour and mix well.
    Drain well the raisins and make sure that there is no water left. Add the raisins, the walnuts and the dices of apple and mix well.


    Grease or spray 9x5x3 in. loaf pan. Bake at 350F one hour or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
