    Sweet: Apricot-Pecan Bread

    2 c flour
    1 1/4 c sugar
    1 1/2 t baking powder
    1/2 t soda
    1 t salt
    1 ea egg
    2 T cooking oil
    3/4 c apricot nectar
    2 c apricots, chopped
    1/2 c pecans, chopped

    Recipe



    Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F.
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add egg, oil, and apricot nectar and blend well. Add apricots and pecans.

    Put into greased loaf 8" x 4" pan and bake for 55-60 minutes.

    Cool and slice.
    YIELD: 1 LOAF
