    Quiche: Crab Meat Quiche

    List of Ingredients

    6 ounces backfin crab meat
    9 inch unbaked pie shell
    4 ounces sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup chopped spring onions
    1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 cup half and half
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
    pinch nutmeg

    Recipe


    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix crab meat, mushrooms, onions, cheese, salt, nutmeg and Old Bay Seasoning in bowl.

    Mix egg and half and half together. Pour egg mixture into crab mixture and gently mix. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
