French Toast: Great Harvest French Toast

List of Ingredients

10-12 thick slices Great Harvest Bread
6 eggs
1-1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
(cinnamon: optional)



Recipe

Mix together all ingredients except bread slices. Dip bread, coating both sides. Place on heated griddle and cook until golden; turn and cook opposite side until golden. Serve immediately with your favorite topping.

Suggested toppings: Apple butter, Apple Compote, bananas, maple syrup, strawberry syrup or sauce.
