    French Toast: Maple Pecan French Toast

    List of Ingredients




    2/3 cup Maple syrup
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup Ground Pecans
    10 Slices of Thick Sliced-French Toast Bread
    2 cups Medium Weight Cream
    8 Eggs

    Recipe



    In a deep, 13 x 9" pan, pour melted butter, mix the maple syrup, pour over 1/2 C of pecans. Place the pieces of bread over the mixture.

    Whip the eggs with the cream, pour over the top of the bread mixture.

    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of ground pecans on the top.

    Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes.

    Serve with either fruit/bananas are grea sliced on top or also with Maple Syrup over the serving.


    SERVES 10
