French Toast: Stuffed French Toast

List of Ingredients
1 loaf bread, uncut
thinly sliced ham or turkey
thinly sliced cheese of choice
your favorite french toast batter and toppingsRecipe
Preheat to 350. Spray a baking sheet.
Slice the bread in double thick slices.
Make a slit in the bread, making a pocket.
Stuff the pocket with the meat and cheese.
Dip in your favorite batter, then brown on each side.
Place on baking sheet and place in oven.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve with butter and syrup or as desired.
Becky's Notes: I used home made egg bread, smoked ham and smoked gouda. VERY filling!!!
