Fruit: Creamy Blueberry Salad

List of Ingredients
1- 6 oz package raspberry flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 ½ cups cold water and ice
2 cups blueberries
1- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1- 8 oz. carton light dairy sour cream
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup coarsely chopped pecans
Recipe
In a bowl, mix gelatin and boiling water until combined. Add ice water, stirring until ice melts. Stir in berries and undrained pineapple. (If you use frozen blueberries no need to use ice.) Transfer to a 9"x 13" baking dish. Cover and chill until set.
In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over gelatin mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Cover and chill up to 12 hrs.
