    1/2 cup chopped cantaloupe
    1/2 cup chopped stawberries
    1/2 cup chopped honeydew melon or kiwifruit
    1/2 banana sliced
    1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
    2 tablespoons sliced almond - toasted

    Recipe



    1. Alternate layers of fruit and yogurt in 2 goblets or parfait glasses, beginning and ending with fruit.

    2. Top with almonds.

    YIELD: 1 Serving
