    Casserole: Grandma Moss' Breakfast Casserole

    Baker St. Harbour Bed & Breakfast On the Lake
    Preheat oven to 350°.
    Prepare 9" quiche dish or pie plate by spraying non-stick cooking spray.

    Layer:
    1 bunch green onions - diced
    3 pieces Canadian Bacon - diced
    1 14 oz can stewed tomatoes (with onions, peppers, & celery).

    I prepare above ingredients at night & refrigerate, then in the morning -

    Mix: 5 large eggs, 2 T milk, 2/3 cup Bisquik, 1 tsp oregano, & pour over layered mixture. Top with 1 cup Colby/Monterrey Jack Cheese. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350°.

    Serves 6. Serve with salsa, fruit plate, muffins, orange juice & coffee.
