4 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
2 tart apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. sugar

In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread with cinnamon and nutmeg over medium-high heat. Add apples, turn to coat. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until apples begin to soften. Stir in pecans, honey and sugar. Cook 2 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve hot or at room temperature with your favorite waffle, pancake or French toast recipe.
