Omelets: Mexican Omelet

List of Ingredients

2 eggs
1 tablespoon chopped tomato
1 tablespoon chives
2 tablespoons grated cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
dash taco sauce
2 tablespoons cooked hamburger
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder



Recipe

Spray pan with nonstick spray. Mix eggs and pour into hot pan. Once the egg starts to set, add the rest of the ingredients. Fold and flip the omelet over and heat until the cheese melts slightly.

Makes 1 serving.
