Quiche: Honey Baked Ham and Cheese Quiche

1 1/2 c. cubed HoneyBaked Ham
1/2 lb. HoneyBaked Bacon, crisp cooked
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Cojack cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms
2 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten (or 1 c. egg substitute)
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In bottom of greased 9" pan, layer ham, bacon, cheeses, onion and mushrooms. In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, biscuit mix, salt and pepper; beat well.
Pour over ham and cheese mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes; reduce temperature to 350 degrees and cook for 40 to 45 minutes.
SUGGESTION: Serve with marinated vegetable salad and fruit muffins.
