Waffles: Sour Cream Belgium Waffles

List of Ingredients
Separate: 4 eggs. Hold the whites.
Mix 3 egg yolks with:
3/4 cup milk or buttermilk
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
12 ounces sour cream
Beat well, then add:
1-1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon sugar
Recipe
Beat mixture well. Add hot water to reach consistency. Beat whites to stiff peaks. Fold together. Bake and serve with whipped cream, strawberries, jam, nuts, powdered sugar, butter, honey, yogurt, chocolate chips, or your choice of toppings.
YIELD: Approximately 11 squares
