    Bars: 3 in 1 Holiday Bars

    List of Ingredients

    1 package Betty Crocker SuperMoist white cake mix
    1/2 cup margarine or butter (1 stick) -- softened
    1 egg
    1 tub Betty Crocker Creamy Deluxe
    --white chocolate ready-to-spread frosting
    1/4 cup dried cranberries
    1/4 cup sliced almonds
    1/2 cup coarsely crushed hard peppermint candies
    --(about 14 candies)
    1/4 cup Betty Crocker Holiday Decor
    --holly berry sprinkles


    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350F. Beat cake mix (dry), margarine and egg in large bowl on low speed until dough forms. Press in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Bake about 15 minutes or set.



    Spread frosting over hot baked layer. Immediately sprinkle cranberries and almonds over one-third of baked layer, 10 1/2 x 5 inches. Bake 5 minutes longer.



    Immediately sprinkle holly berry sprinkles over third section of baked layer; press lightly with back of spoon. Run knife around edges of warm bars to loosen. Cool completely.

    YIELD: 5 Dozen

    Cut cranberry-almond section into about 2 1/2 x 1-inch bars. Cut peppermint section into strips, about 1 1/2 inches wide. Cut strips diagonally, about 1 1/2 inches apart, into diamond-shaped bars. Cut remaining sections into 1 1/4-inch squares.
