    Bars: Peanut Crunch Bar

    List of Ingredients

    *Crust
    8 oz. milk chocolate

    1 cup peanut butter

    1 oz. canola oil

    1 1/2 cup pirouette


    *Mousse

    1 pound semi-sweet chocolate

    1 cup milk

    1/2 Tablespoon oil

    1/2 Tablespoon vanilla

    1 1/2 cup heavy cream


    Recipe

    Preparation:

    1. Boil milk and add to chocolate.

    2. Stir until smooth and fold into heavy cream.

    3. Melt milk chocolate.

    4. Stir peanut butter and oil into the milk chocolate.

    5. Fold into pirouette

    6. Let mixture cool.

    7. Pour mixture into quarter sheet pan and put mousse on top.
