    Base:
    • 1 pckg Pillsbury Yellow Cake Mix
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1 cup rice cereal-crushed to 1/2 cup
    • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
    • 1 egg

    Topping:
    • 8 oz cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup butterscotch topping
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Grease 9x13 inch pan. In a bowl, combine cake mix, butter, and cereal. Stir in butterscotch chips-reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture for topping. Add egg to remaining mixture. Mix well. Press in bottom of pan. Blend cream cheese & butterscotch topping. Spread over base. Combine 1 cup reserved mixture & pecans. Sprinkle over filling. Bake 350° for 30-35 minutes.
