    1 package yellow cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup oil
    2 cups chocolate chips
    1 cup white vanilla chips
    3 (1.4 oz) heath bars (crushed)
    1/2 cup butter
    32 caramels (unwrapped)
    1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees, grease 9x13 pan.

    In large bowl combine cake mix, eggs and oil, stir well. Stir in chocolate chips, vanilla chips, and candy bar pieces.
    Press half of cake mixture into bottom of pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

    Combine butter, caramels and sweetened condensed milk in small saucepan. Cook over low heat until mixture is creamy.
    Pour caramel mixture over partially baked crust and crumble remaining cake mixture over the top.

    Bake an additional 25-30 minutes until top is set and edges are dark golden brown.

    Cool 20 minutes. Loosen with knife around edges. Cool an additional 40 minutes. Cut into bars & store in refrigerator.
