    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup butter or margarine -- softened
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 cup mashed banana
    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    6 ounces butterscotch morsels
    1/2 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Cream butter or margarine with brown sugar and vanilla.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

    Mix in mashed banana.

    Blend in flour, baking powder and salt.

    Stir in butterscotch morsels and nuts. Spread in a greased 10x15-inch pan.

    Bake at 350 F. for 35 minutes. Cool and frost with a powdered sugar icing, if desired.
