    1/2 cup unsalted butter
    1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1 2/3 cups peanut butter chips
    1 1/2 cups sweetened coconut flakes
    1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 teaspoons shortening (do not use butter, margarine or oil)

    Heat oven to 350ºF.
    Place butter in 9x13x2-inch baking pan. Heat in oven until melted. Remove pan from oven.
    Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over butter; press down with fork.
    Layer 1 cup peanut butter chips over the crumbs; sprinkle coconut over peanut butter chips.
    Layer remaining 2/3 cup peanut butter chips over coconut; drizzle with sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
    Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    In a small microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate chips and shorting.
    Microwave at high (100%) 1 minute; stir.
    If necessary, microwave at high an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted when stirred. Drizzle evenly over top of baked mixture.
    Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
    Cut into bars.
    YIELD: 48 Bars
