    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
    1 (18.25- or 18.5-ounce) package spice cake mix
    1 (14-ounce) cans EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
    1 (16-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    3 medium eggs
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    Confectioners’ sugar (optional)

    Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, cut butter into dry spice cake mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups, spread rest of mixture on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

    In a medium bowl, combine EAGLE BRAND®, cranberry sauce and eggs. Stir in 1/2 cup reserved mixture. Spread over prepared crust.

    Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of reserved mixture and pecans. Bake an additional 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar (optional). Cut into bars. Store leftovers tightly covered in refrigerator.
