    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. shortening
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. quick oats
    1 tsp. walnut extract

    Recipe



    Cream sugars, shortening, eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cut in squares when cool.
