List of Ingredients




Crust:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick margarine
1 egg

Topping:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 box confectioner's sugar
2 eggs


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all crust ingredients together and press into a lightly greased 9 x 13 glass dish, spreading and pressing all the way to the corners.

Cream together the cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and eggs.

Pour on top of crust and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Allow to cool before trying to cut. They will firm up as they sit.
