Bars: Nutty Peanut Butter Brittle Bars

3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/3 cup peanut butter 3/4 cup DominoGranulated Sugar
1/3 cup firmly packed Domino Light Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups crushed peanut brittle, divided
2 cups (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate or white vanilla chips, divided
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Beat butter, peanut butter, sugars and vanilla in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon until blended. Stir in 1 cup peanut brittle and 1 cup chips. Press dough evenly into prepared pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown around edges.
Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining chips evenly over top, spreading with a knife. Sprinkle with remaining peanut brittle.
Cool on wire rack. Cut into small bars or break into chunks.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen bars.
